There is nothing more scarier than adrupt change.  When all seems to go one way before heading down a path totally unforseen by all, especially  the one who caused it. It could be the death a friend that makes this change come about or just something as simple as a new car when you had been used to riding the bus for years.
Change is scary…

The thought of “what now” breaks at us. Was this change worth it

If not, when will things go back to normal.

My ever favorite is when the change happens and you can’t even remember what ‘normal’ felt like. To be so numb to the world that you often question what life was before this point in time.
